We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt.
There is no minimum order amount. You can order any quantity you like.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us via our contact page or emailing us directly.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
We deliver nationwide across Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, and all major cities.
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Orders within Cairo and Giza are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
A flat shipping fee of 60 EGP applies to all orders within Egypt.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned product.
