At Juan Valdez® Egypt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Perishable goods and opened food products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page or email within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
