This website is operated by Juan Valdez Egypt. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Juan Valdez Egypt. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products listed are 100% Colombian Arabica coffee imported and distributed by Juan Valdez Egypt.
  • Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable VAT.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, and cash on delivery (COD) where available.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Standard delivery within Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery to other governorates: 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specified minimum, as advertised on the website.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund for verified damaged/defective products.
  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

6. Product Quality & Storage

  • All our coffee products are sourced directly from Colombian farms and roasted to the highest standards.
  • Please store coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Best consumed before the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  • Once opened, we recommend consuming within 2–4 weeks for optimal freshness.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Juan Valdez® and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The Juan Valdez® name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without express written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Juan Valdez Egypt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
