Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Juan Valdez® Egypt, we are committed to delivering your premium Colombian coffee as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery service.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt, including:
- Cairo & Giza – 2-3 business days
- Alexandria – 3-4 business days
- Delta & Canal Cities – 3-5 business days
- Upper Egypt – 4-5 business days
- Red Sea & Sinai – 5-7 business days
Shipping Costs

Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Card – Visa, MasterCard
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for all orders within Egypt
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be initiated (minus shipping costs if applicable).
