⏱ 4 min☕ Coarse Grind🔥 93-96°C
  1. Use 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee per 200ml of water.
  2. Heat water to 93-96°C (just below boiling).
  3. Pour water over the grounds and stir gently.
  4. Let it steep for 4 minutes.
  5. Press the plunger slowly and serve immediately.

Pour Over

⏱ 3-4 min☕ Medium Grind🔥 93°C
  1. Place a filter in your dripper and rinse with hot water.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of medium-ground coffee.
  3. Pour a small amount of water (93°C) to bloom the grounds for 30 seconds.
  4. Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion over 2-3 minutes.
  5. Let it drip completely and enjoy.

Drip Coffee Maker

  1. Add water to the reservoir and a filter to the basket.
  2. Use 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup, or 1 drip sachet.
  3. Start the machine and let it brew.
  4. Serve fresh — don’t leave coffee on the hot plate for more than 30 minutes.

  1. Fill the bottom chamber with hot water up to the safety valve.
  2. Add finely ground coffee to the filter basket — fill it evenly without pressing down.
  3. Assemble the Moka Pot and place on medium-low heat.
  4. When coffee begins to gurgle and flow into the upper chamber, remove from heat.
  5. Serve immediately — Moka Pot coffee is rich, bold, and espresso-like.

  1. Place a filter in the cap and rinse with hot water. Attach to the chamber.
  2. Add 1 rounded tablespoon of medium-fine ground coffee.
  3. Pour 200ml of water at 85-90°C and stir for 10 seconds.
  4. Insert the plunger and press down slowly and steadily for about 30 seconds.
  5. Enjoy as is, or dilute with hot water for an Americano-style cup.

  1. Combine 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water.
  2. Stir gently and cover.

  4. Strain through a fine mesh filter or cheesecloth.
  5. Serve over ice. Dilute with water or milk to taste.

  1. Add 1-2 teaspoons of freeze-dried coffee to your cup.
