Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address.

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Product is unopened and unused
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Opened or used coffee products (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods with broken seal (unless defective)

Return Received

We receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Inspection Complete

You’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Refund Received

The amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
